Client Challenge

1. Their existing display cabinets (with plastic frames and standard glass) failed to highlight the premium texture of their diamond and couture jewelry, weakening the brand’s "modern luxury" positioning.
2. The rigid, linear cabinet layout created disjointed customer flow, resulting in short in-store dwell time and low trial conversion rates.
3. Harsh overhead lighting washed out the sparkle of jewelry (e.g., diamond facets, metal finishes) and felt unrefined to high-net-worth clients.
4. The cabinet design conflicted with their brand color palette (cream, navy, and champagne gold).

1. Material Selection: Champagne gold matte metal frames + anti-glare ultra-clear glass + plush cream velvet padding, paired with brand-matching navy blue back panels (to make white gold and diamond pieces stand out).
2. Spatial Layout: Curved island display cabinets (for 360° jewelry appreciation) + wall-mounted embedded showcases (for key statement pieces), designed to guide a smooth, flowing customer journey.
3. Lighting Optimization: Layered, glare-free spotlights (built into cabinet tops) + targeted in-case lighting, calibrated to enhance gemstone fire and metal luster without harshness.
4. Brand Alignment: Integrated the brand’s signature cream and champagne gold tones into cabinet bases and trim, reinforcing Lumière’s "understated opulence" aesthetic.
