Solving a "Light Luxury Display Puzzle" in an 8-Meter Deep Historic Shop
In late 2023, Elsa, Qeelin's French expansion lead, faced a unique challenge: how to maintain the brand's signature "crimson elegance" aesthetic inside a 19th-century stone building on Bordeaux's Rue Sainte-Catherine, while also resonating with local clients who prefer "casual sophistication over overt opulence"?

Three previous proposals had missed the mark—bulky all-metal cases overwhelmed the space, and "light luxury" felt more like fast-fashion. Everything changed when she discovered LuxeShowcase's "Compact Space Adaptation" showcase at a Paris jewelry exhibition.

As a high-end display fixture customizer, Luxeshowcase took on a customization request from an authorized BVLGARI agent in March 2025: to create exclusive display cabinets tailored to both the venue and exhibits for their limited-edition jewelry exhibition, held in an ancient Roman vaulted ruin space (dating back to the 2nd century BCE) in Rome, Italy.

As a professional customizer of high-end jewelry display solutions, we undertook a flagship showroom display cabinet project for Zhasyl Altyn Jewelry — an emerging luxury jewelry brand in Kazakhstan — in September 2023. Kazakhstan is the world’s 9th-largest country by area, boasting vast territories yet remaining relatively niche in the global luxury retail landscape. The entire project (encompassing design, production, cross-border logistics, and on-site installation) was completed and delivered in February 2024, with a total cycle of 5 months.

As a service provider specializing in high-end jewelry display cabinet customization, we received a display cabinet customization project from L·J, a local luxury jewelry brand in Dubai, UAE, in January 2025. After 7 months of in-depth collaboration, the full-store display cabinet on-site installation was completed in August 2025. The final outcome perfectly aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning, earning high recognition from the client.

Their existing display cabinets (with plastic frames and standard glass) failed to highlight the premium texture of their diamond and couture jewelry, weakening the brand’s "modern luxury" positioning.
The rigid, linear cabinet layout created disjointed customer flow, resulting in short in-store dwell time and low trial conversion rates.

An international high-end jewelry brand sought to establish its first flagship in Saudi Arabia. The existing generic display solutions failed to resonate with local high-net-worth consumers, who value royal heritage, privacy, and opulent design language. The goal was to craft custom display cabinets that blend the brand’s Napoleonic-era legacy with Middle Eastern aesthetic preferences, while enhancing jewelry presentation and creating exclusive tasting spaces.

In early 2025, we partnered with a family-run high-end luxury boutique in Kitzbühel, Austria—a niche ski town nestled in the eastern foothills of the Alps. This hidden winter retreat, favored by European royals and billionaires, exclusively carries brands like Chopard, Bulgari, and IWC Schaffhausen. The core requirement was clear: the showcases must align with the town’s "alpine chalets + understated luxury" local vibe, while catering to the vacationers’ needs for "casual socializing and impromptu appreciation after skiing". They needed to avoid the ostentation of luxury stores in big cities, while still highlighting the core charm of each brand.

"Cuihua Pavilion," located in Portland Chinatown, Oregon, USA, is a jade jewelry store that has served the local Chinese community for over a decade. The store faced two key challenges: first, its location in a relatively remote area of Chinatown resulted in limited natural foot traffic; second, its outdated and disorganized existing display cabinets failed to highlight the texture and cultural connotations of jade, struggling to keep customers engaged and leading to low visibility in the area. In July 2025, the store owner, Mr. Chen, launched a renovation project with the core requirement of customizing a set of jewelry display cabinets that blend traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern display functionality, aiming to break through the bottlenecks in foot traffic and reputation through upgraded display cabinets.

What the Client Wanted: Fancy But Friendly
A big-name jewelry brand came to us and said: “We want our stores to feel super luxurious, but not stuffy. Make ‘em warm, artsy, and like a place people actually want to hang out in—while still showing off our jewelry as super special.” They were over “generic luxury shops” and wanted a space that felt high-end and inviting.

(1) Blending Brand Heritage with Local Ambiance
ÉCLAT Jewelry boasts a 90-year legacy of European royal jewelry craftsmanship, while Burford is renowned for its stone architecture, vintage streets, and slow-paced lifestyle. Our design balances "brand luxury" with "small-town intimacy":
Form Language: Merges "soft curves + geometric precision" — curves echo the vine motifs of the brand’s vintage jewelry, while geometric shapes (diamonds, shallow arcs) are simplified to avoid clashing with the town’s minimalist tone. Cabinet heights are generally kept between 1.2-1.6m, offering a comfortable viewing angle for daily browsing rather than the "awe-inspiring height" seen in high-end urban
Brand Symbol Integration: The brand’s signature "starburst" motif is only subtly embossed on the inner side of the cabinet’s wooden frame, visible only upon close inspection — retaining brand recognition while embodying the town’s "low-key treasure hiding" character.

The client sought a display solution that could not only highlight the brilliance of their fine jewelry collection but also redefine the entire in-store experience. Their request was clear: a custom circular island showcase that would embody modern sophistication while maintaining a timeless sense of luxury.
