The entire project (encompassing design, production, cross-border logistics, and on-site installation) was completed and delivered in February 2024, with a total cycle of 5 months.

After 7 months of in-depth collaboration, the full-store display cabinet on-site installation was completed in August 2025. In early 2025, we partnered with a family-run high-end luxury boutique in Kitzbühel, Austria—a niche ski town nestled in the eastern foothills of the Alps. This hidden winter retreat, favored by European royals and billionaires, exclusively carries brands like Chopard, Bulgari, and IWC Schaffhausen. The core requirement was clear: the showcases must align with the town’s "alpine chalets + understated luxury" local vibe, while catering to the vacationers’ needs for "casual socializing and impromptu appreciation after skiing". They needed to avoid the ostentation of luxury stores in big cities, while still highlighting the core charm of each brand.

"Cuihua Pavilion," located in Portland Chinatown, Oregon, USA, is a jade jewelry store that has served the local Chinese community for over a decade. The store faced two key challenges: first, its location in a relatively remote area of Chinatown resulted in limited natural foot traffic; second, its outdated and disorganized existing display cabinets failed to highlight the texture and cultural connotations of jade, struggling to keep customers engaged and leading to low visibility in the area. In July 2025, the store owner, Mr. Chen, launched a renovation project with the core requirement of customizing a set of jewelry display cabinets that blend traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern display functionality, aiming to break through the bottlenecks in foot traffic and reputation through upgraded display cabinets.

What the Client Wanted: Fancy But Friendly

Form Language: Merges "soft curves + geometric precision" — curves echo the vine motifs of the brand’s vintage jewelry, while geometric shapes (diamonds, shallow arcs) are simplified to avoid clashing with the town’s minimalist tone. Cabinet heights are generally kept between 1.2-1.6m, offering a comfortable viewing angle for daily browsing rather than the "awe-inspiring height" seen in high-end urban
Brand Symbol Integration: The brand’s signature "starburst" motif is only subtly embossed on the inner side of the cabinet’s wooden frame, visible only upon close inspection — retaining brand recognition while embodying the town’s "low-key treasure hiding" character.
