Project Overview
This project is for an international high-end niche perfume flagship store within HK Xingye Taikoo Hui. Our company provided full-store custom perfume display cabinets, spatial display system design, and on-site installation services. The project is centered around the concept of "fusion of fragrance art and modern light luxury aesthetics", aiming to create a perfume retail space that embodies brand identity, product display excellence, and immersive experience. All display cabinets are 1:1 custom-made to suit the brand's full range of perfume products, while also accommodating the mall's traffic flow and the shopping experience of high-end customers.

Client Requirements
Brand Identity Matching: Display cabinets must reflect the brand's high-end positioning of "elegance, light luxury, and artistic sense", align with the brand image standards of Hong Kong's premium commercial district, and avoid homogeneous design.
Product Display Needs: A zoning display solution is required for the brand's entire perfume collection, including classic editions, limited editions, and exclusive fragrance lines. The design should highlight the exquisite bottle designs and brand identity.
Spatial & Traffic Flow Adaptation: The layout must adapt to the store's space, create a smooth customer flow, and accommodate multiple scenarios such as window displays, center island testers, wall displays, and lounge areas.
Materials & Craftsmanship Requirements: Eco-friendly and durable high-end materials should be used, suitable for high-traffic mall environments. Lighting and material combinations should create a soft, upscale shopping atmosphere while accentuating the texture of the perfume products.
Mall Compliance: All display cabinet designs must comply with Xingye Taikoo Hui's renovation regulations and fire safety standards, without altering the mall's existing structure.
IPreliminary Research & Solution Design
Our design team visited HK Xingye Taikoo Hui to conduct on-site measurements of the store. Based on the brand identity and mall regulations, we developed a tailored custom solution. Considering the characteristics of perfume products, we designed various cabinet types including curved glass high cabinets, ring-shaped center island display tables, and recessed LED light strip low cabinets. Warm white soft lighting, cream-white leather finishes, and champagne gold metal accents were used to recreate a light luxury and soft spatial atmosphere.
Detailed Design & Client Confirmation
Addressing the client's requirements for product zoning display and key highlighting of limited-edition items, we optimized shelf spacing, lighting angles, and safety protection design. We provided 3D renderings, construction drawings, and material sample books for client approval, ensuring every detail met both brand and mall standards.
Factory Production & Quality Control
All display cabinets were manufactured using high-end materials including eco-friendly E0-grade panels, ultra-clear tempered glass, and anti-glare LED light strips. Strict process controls were applied: rounded edges to avoid collisions, concealed installation of light strips to prevent glare, and adjustable shelf heights to accommodate different perfume bottle sizes. Pre-assembly testing was completed to ensure on-site results matched the design.
Testing & Finished Product Validation
Before each batch of beauty/perfume cabinets leaves the factory, we perform a full pre-assembly in our facility and conduct 72 hours of continuous debugging to ensure all details and opening/closing functions meet the design specifications. We then schedule a time with the client and welcome them to visit our factory for final acceptance inspection.
