Custom Manufacturing & Quality Control
Following the final design, we used high-end materials including imported marble-look panels, 304 brushed champagne gold stainless steel, ultra-clear tempered glass, and anti-glare LED light strips. Every detail was strictly controlled: the curvature treatment of metal trims, color temperature adjustment of lighting (3500K warm white light to accurately reproduce the true colors of cosmetics), and installation and testing of all cabinet hardware and accessories — ensuring each product meets the brand's quality standards and French craftsmanship requirements.
Testing & Final Product Confirmation
After all cosmetic display manufacturers were completed, we conducted full pre-assembly in our factory and put them through 72 hours of repeated testing, ensuring that every detail and opening/closing function met the design specifications.
