Project Overview
This project is a full-store custom design and manufacturing project for beauty and perfume display cabinets for a high-end perfume flagship store in Singapore. It marks our benchmark beauty store fit-out project in Singapore's Orchard Road business district. The project includes the complete custom production of curved glass perfume cabinets, recessed backlit product back cabinets, island makeup experience counters, and stepped perfume display stands. The overall space adopts a French light luxury + Nanyang exquisite commercial design style. The custom cabinets integrate solid wood, ultra-clear tempered glass, stainless steel, sintered stone, smart backlight strips, and other materials to suit the display needs of imported perfumes, niche fragrances, and customized beauty products. This project serves as a model for standardized store implementation for high-end fragrance collection brands in Singapore.

Client Requirements
Display Cabinet Requirements:
Left side: Custom curved floor-standing temperature-controlled glass perfume cabinets with embedded LED shelf lights for dustproof display of premium limited-edition
perfumes.
Full-wall custom marble + wood veneer combined recessed backlit display cabinets, arranged in staggered tiers for full-sized perfumes and travel-size/mini fragrances.
Center of the space: Custom iridescent art panel island counter serving as a trial and experience counter for makeup and custom fragrance balms.
Side area: Stepped staggered display platforms to create a perfume step display landscape, enhancing the store’s ambiance.
Style Requirements:
Dark gray French wainscoting + walnut wood + marble in a light luxury style, complemented by cloud-shaped suspended ceiling + crystal main chandelier, aligning with the mainstream light luxury aesthetic of Singapore beauty stores while retaining the texture of Nanyang commercial spaces.
Practical Requirements:
Cabinet materials must meet Singapore’s indoor environmental and building material standards. Glass cabinets must have strong airtightness to prevent perfume evaporation. Lighting color temperature must be uniform warm white light to restore the original colors of perfume bottles. Space must be reserved at the bottom of cabinets for heat dissipation and circuit maintenance access.
Site Survey & Solution Design
Our designers traveled to Orchard Road, Singapore, to conduct on-site measurements of the store. Based on the client's product SKU count and product dimensions, we produced three versions of layout renderings for the display cabinets. The final version selected was the one currently installed. Simultaneously, we completed detailed drawings for cabinet structures, lighting, and electrical/plumbing pre-embedding.
Factory Custom Production
Production was carried out in segments at our smart factory in China. The solid wood cabinet structures received moisture-proof and anti-corrosion treatment (suitable for Singapore's humid tropical climate). The ultra-clear glass was tempered and explosion-proof. The custom iridescent art panel for the island counter was manufactured using a dedicated mold. All panels, hardware, and auxiliary materials complied with Singapore's environmental testing standards.
Testing & Final Product Confirmation
Before shipment, each batch of perfume cabinets underwent full assembly in our factory, followed by 72 hours of continuous testing to ensure that every detail and opening/closing function met the design requirements. After that, we arranged a mutually convenient time and sincerely invited the client to visit our factory for final acceptance inspection.
Client Feedback
The final result of the full-store perfume display cabinet custom project in collaboration with us exceeded expectations. The cabinets are exquisitely crafted, with the curved glass cabinets perfectly elevating the high-end perfume display. The full-wall backlit display cabinets greatly enhanced the texture of perfume product presentation, and the iridescent art panel island counter became a popular photo spot in the store. The cabinet moisture-proof treatment is well suited to Singapore's rainy and humid environment. Six months after opening, there have been no issues with cabinet deformation or glass fogging. For the remaining three branch stores in Singapore, the client will continue to prioritize renewing their display cabinet orders with us.
