Customer Requirements

Brand tone alignment – The client is a local high-end perfume brand in Dubai. The display cabinets must reflect “Middle Eastern luxury aesthetics” while integrating modern minimalist design, creating a shopping space that meets the expectations of high‑net‑worth customers in Dubai.

Product display functionality – Adequate display space for perfumes and beauty products is required, including an open middle‑island trial area and a closed glass showcase area, balancing product display with fragrance testing needs.

Lighting and ambiance – The system should feature soft, layered LED lighting that highlights the texture of perfume bottles and echoes the store’s crystal chandeliers, marble flooring, and other décor elements to create a premium atmosphere.

Material and craftsmanship standards – The cabinet structure must be made of eco‑friendly, durable premium materials. Glass showcases should be dust‑proof and fingerprint‑resistant, suitable for Dubai’s hot and humid climate. The structure must be sturdy enough to bear the weight of a large volume of perfume products.

Initial Communication & Solution Design

At the beginning of the project, we conducted three rounds of in‑depth discussions with the client’s brand team and provided three customized display cabinet design proposals. The final solution was centered on “minimalist light luxury + immersive experience,” featuring a design of white baked‑paint cabinet bodies, light wood countertops, and matte gold trim strips. To address the fragrance testing needs in the perfume area, we also designed a central island perfume display cabinet with integrated lighting, which effectively met the dual requirements of product display and try‑on experience.

Detailed Design & Sample Approval

Given the client’s high demands regarding lighting and materials, we provided detailed lighting layout drawings, material swatches, and process specifications. We also produced full‑scale (1:1) samples of the perfume display cabinet and the makeup counter, allowing the client to experience the lighting effects, cabinet load‑bearing capacity, and textural details first‑hand.

Production & Quality Control

During production, we strictly followed the quality standards of high‑end commercial display cabinets in New York. We used imported eco‑friendly baked‑paint panels and high‑transparency tempered glass. All metal components were treated with anti‑rust protection. For the glass shelves and lighting system of the perfume cabinets, we performed separate load‑bearing tests and lighting aging tests to ensure that the cabinets would not fade or deform over long‑term use, and that lighting uniformity would meet the display requirements for high‑end beauty products. At the same time, we monitored the production schedule throughout the entire process, with dedicated quality inspections at every stage, ensuring that the delivered product matched the design scheme exactly (1:1 restoration).

Pre‑delivery Testing & Final Approval

Before each batch of beauty/perfume display cabinets left the factory, we completed full pre‑assembly of each cabinet in our facility and conducted 72 hours of continuous adjustments to ensure that every detail and all opening/closing functions met the design requirements. We then scheduled a time with the client and invited them to personally inspect and approve the cabinets at our factory.
