The national maritime museum, located in Amsterdam, is one of the museums with the largest collection of 17th-century maritime art and artifacts in the world. Its collection, combined with the holdings of its library, forms the largest maritime collection globally. The museum showcase design project had very specific requirements, particularly regarding the lighting systems. During communication with the Dutch exhibition team, the LUXE Showcases team responsible for showcases production, learned about the strict requirements for lighting. Our team designed special lighting effects for simulated marine ecological landscapes and specific display areas, such as using blue light to simulate underwater environments, creating a realistic atmosphere.
Design Concept
Carefully designed display spaces with semi-transparent layers create an intimate and eye-catching atmosphere where collections of maps and objects appear to float in space. An museum showcase design intelligent lighting system highlights the details and features of the displayed items, using energy-efficient lighting devices like LED lights to provide excellent display effects while adhering to energy-saving and environmentally friendly principles. The lighting system can be customized and adjusted based on the unique characteristics and display requirements of the exhibits, including color temperature, brightness, and angles.
Store Achievement Feedback
The customer is very satisfied, believing that the carefully designed lighting system has enhanced the quality of the exhibition and the visitor experience, making the exhibits more vivid and engaging.
