The China Currency Museum has reached an important cooperation agreement with LUXE Showcases to jointly create a series of innovative display cabinets. The goal is to provide visitors with a higher quality, immersive experience of currency culture while promoting innovation and development in the museum display industry.
LUXE Showcases has been deeply engaged in the field of museum showcase customization for many years. As a museum showcase manufacturer, we have established an excellent reputation in the industry through superb craftsmanship, cutting-edge design concepts, and a profound understanding of artifact preservation. In this collaboration, we quickly assembled a professional team to thoroughly study the characteristics of the collections, spatial layout, and display needs of the China Currency Museum. The team conducted multiple site visits to the museum and engaged in in-depth discussions with museum experts and researchers to accurately capture the uniqueness of each type of currency exhibit.
In terms of manufacturing processes, LUXE Showcases maintains strict quality control. The wooden museum display case frames are cut using high-precision CNC equipment, with cutting accuracy controlled within ±0.05 mm to ensure that each component is precisely sized. Seamless welding technology is used at the joints, with multiple layers of grinding and polishing applied to the weld points, ensuring a smooth and flawless surface that guarantees both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. For glass installation, the museum showcase manufacturer employs advanced optical-grade shadow-free adhesives, which can withstand high-impact external forces while ensuring a secure connection between the glass and the frame. This method minimizes visibility at the joints, not obstructing visitors' views of the currency exhibits, while also reducing any potential impact of adhesives on glass transparency.
Design Concept
In the design of the museum showcases, modern technology is fully integrated with traditional aesthetics. For the ancient currency exhibition area, display cabinets feature a wooden main body paired with a vintage brown stainless steel frame. The warm texture of the wood complements the antiquity of the coins, creating a rich historical atmosphere. The interior of the showcase utilizes special dividers and securing devices, with high-strength glass specially treated to provide high transparency and UV protection, effectively safeguarding the currency exhibits from light damage. This design ensures the fragile ancient coins are well-protected while allowing visitors to appreciate them from various angles.
Store Achievement Feedback
The entire project took seven months, and since its completion, we have maintained close contact with the organizers of the Currency Museum, providing annual maintenance services for the showcases during the warranty period to extend their lifespan. As the collaboratively designed showcases are gradually installed and put into use, they are expected to attract more visitors and offer audiences a new journey of currency culture exploration. Additionally, the head of LUXE Showcases remarked, "It is an honor to collaborate with the China Currency Museum. We are fully committed to using advanced technology and exquisite craftsmanship to create showcases that meet the museum's needs and set industry standards, all to support the inheritance and promotion of currency culture. We will continue to improve showcase design and production processes to enhance product quality and provide better service to our clients."
