For large and complex fixture projects, we also verify outer package dimensions, on-site handling limits and the unloading equipment required at destination. If wooden crates are used for export shipments, we will check the quarantine regulations of the destination country or region strictly.

Many countries enforce phytosanitary rules for solid wood packaging. Non-compliant wooden packaging will be detained or destroyed by customs, causing huge delays. All these packaging considerations protect finished cabinets and help smooth transportation and cross-border delivery.

For chain stores, brand boutiques and multi-location projects, we recommend having the unified design specifications ready prior to the start of production. The specification package contains dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, lighting, hardware fittings and structural requirements.

We are able to produce standard product specification documents and official material samples, which will serve as the benchmark for all production batches. Cabinets can be slightly modified to fit different site conditions of individual store locations. Clients should be aware that natural timber, wood veneers, painted finishes and some materials will have inherent variations in color and grain texture which are acceptable.

These differences are normal and can never be completely removed. In material and production standards, therefore, the acceptable tolerance range for differences in color and texture must be clearly defined in advance.
