Packaging options are evaluated on cabinet size, weight, material characteristics, glass configuration and shipping distance. Special protective packaging is required for cabinets with glass, acrylic panels or fine finishes.
Our packaging design is heavily oriented toward impact damage, surface scratching, stable internal support and vibration risks in transit. For large and complex fixture projects, we also verify outer package dimensions, on-site handling limits and the unloading equipment required at destination. If wooden crates are used for export shipments, we will check the quarantine regulations of the destination country or region strictly.
Many countries enforce phytosanitary rules for solid wood packaging. Non-compliant wooden packaging will be detained or destroyed by customs, causing huge delays. All these packaging considerations protect finished cabinets and help smooth transportation and cross-border delivery.
