Project Overview
As one of the oldest family-owned jewellers in the UK, this renowned jewelry brand from the UK sought a display solution that would seamlessly blend the heritage of its 19th-century Victorian architecture with the aesthetics of 21st-century modern luxury retail in the renovation of its new global flagship store in Glasgow.
As the core glass jewelry display case supplier for this project, we were invited to provide a comprehensive custom display system for this 7,000-square-foot luxury landmark. From the international watch zone on the ground floor to the fine jewellery salon on the first floor, our mission was to create custom glass jewelry display case that offer ultimate security while enhancing the brilliance of the jewellery through the art of light and shadow.
Location: Glasgow, UK
Floor Area: Approximately 28,000 square feet in total, with 7,000 square feet dedicated to retail display across two floors.
Core Challenge: Installing modern, glass jewelry display cases aligned with top-tier brand visual identity (VI) standards within a protected historical building, while preserving its ancient stone structure and high ceilings.
Client Requirements & Customization Focus

Project Process & Implementation
Design Development: Our design team engaged in in-depth communication with local UK store fixture companies and interior designers. Using 3D modeling, we recreated the glass jewellery display cabine layout at a 1:1 scale to accommodate the unique spatial characteristics of Rowan House.
Material Selection: We utilized high-quality 304 stainless steel with electroplating and brushed polishing finishes.
Lighting Calibration: During the pre-assembly phase at our factory, we conducted hundreds of color temperature calibrations to ensure that the brilliance of diamonds and the luster of gold were perfectly presented across different glass jewellery display cabine.
In-Factory Installation & Commissioning:
After the cases were fabricated, we performed a complete pre-installation and commissioning at our factory to ensure every detail met perfection. Following on-site inspection and approval by the client, we carefully disassembled and packed the glass jewellery display cabines, which have now been shipped from our factory in China to UK.
