Project Overview
This case study presents our renewal of the London flagship store for a prestigious Euro-American watch brand with over a century of history. As the brand's global image benchmark, the display cabinets must not only embody the ultimate artistic aesthetics but also integrate the world's most advanced security technology and sensory lighting systems.
Client Requirements & Customization Priorities
The client's core challenge was how to maintain the "slimness" and "transparency" of the display cabinets while meeting international luxury-level security standards.
Visual Requirements:
Use ultra-clear tempered glass to eliminate green edges, ensuring that the fire and brilliance of watchs remain undisturbed.
Security Requirements:
Must achieve EN 1063 BR2/S bulletproof level and integrate 24-hour covert alarm sensors.
Lighting Requirements:
The jewelry display cabinets must be equipped with LED cool light sources featuring adjustable color temperature from 3000K to 6000K, suitable for showcasing gold, platinum, and various colored gemstones.
PProject Process & Implementation
Phase 1: Detailed Design & 3D Modeling
Based on the drawings provided by the London design team, we carried out 1:1 CAD detailing. We precisely calculated every seamless corner joint to ensure that the metal frame width of the display cabinets was compressed to the visual limit of 12 mm.
Phase 2: Material Selection
Metal: Brushed stainless steel with vacuum electroplating treatment to ensure fingerprint resistance and corrosion resistance.
Phase 3: In‑Factory Assembly & Testing
After the cabinet bodies were manufactured, we conducted a complete pre‑assembly and commissioning process in our factory to ensure every detail met the required standards. Following the client's on‑site acceptance inspection, we carefully disassembled and packed the units. They have now been shipped from our factory in China to London.
Brand Operations Director Feedback:
"The delivery quality of the display cabinets exceeded our expectations. In particular, the intelligent lighting adjustment system has brought our watch to life with an unprecedented sense of three-dimensionality in the store. Moreover, the excellent sealing of the cabinets has significantly reduced our daily watch maintenance workload. This has been a highly professional and efficient collaboration."
